I understand that [Business Name] may edit or modify the articles for clarity, length, or any other reason deemed necessary, provided that the meaning and intent of the articles remain unchanged.
I also understand that [Business Name] may choose not to use all or part of the articles provided.
This release is effective as of [Date], and it shall remain in effect indefinitely, unless revoked by either party in writing.
I affirm that I have the authority to grant these rights and that the articles do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
